During the meeting with Heads of Diplomatic Missions of EU Member States (๐ซ๐ท ๐จ๐ฟ ๐ฉ๐ช ๐ธ๐ช ๐ญ๐บ), who are based in Phnom Penh, we exchanged views on the situation in Ukraine, in particular the humanitarian issue that needs to be addressed urgently.
