Los empleados olvidaron asegurar la cuerda de seguridad y la lanzaron de todos modos.
Videos muestran que varias personas notaron el error en el momento y gritaron “¡la cuerda!”, pero no lo impidieron.
Un absurdo que no puede llamarse solo “accidente”.
