And then there are the Christians who say “now our work begins…let’s care for them.” That’s terrifying: if you can’t care for people until you win, then your theology never saw their humanity in the first place. They were only pawns in your game. That’s not of God or Jesus.

Only 18% of CIOs & 31% of IT employees are women. We need to confront behaviors that marginalize women on the spot---those things that happen day in and day out that don't get to the level of going to HR, but progressively teach women they are not valued.

Contrary to what people think, racism does not always and only show up as a slur, a mascot, a joke.
It is entrenched in structures and institutions through power dynamics which makes it hard to dismantle.
