Leeds United are set to launch a joint £300 million legal case, alongside Leicester City and Burnley, against Everton for breaching Financial Fair Play regulations.
Senior officials from the three clubs met together today after Everton were handed an immediate 10 point deduction because of overspending in previous seasons, with Leeds, Leicester, and Burnley looking for £100 million each in loss of earnings because of relegation from the Premier League.
The trio of clubs had previously written to the Premier League threatening legal action if Everton were found guilty and are now looking to act upon todays verdict.
