I feel no one in up to the challenge,
Guess I will need to watch from the sidelines, because what's on offer ATM is they are all not in it for Australia's living standards.

Albo willing to scarifice all, to keep his Tax on post taxed risk/ rewards investments is crazy for growth. His Socialist mentally has taken hold. Even though the people have spoken.
Alternative workable case,
Remove all negative gearing on all housing, not Units, remove all grandfathering with this .
Keep the 50% discount on all other assets.
Keeping it simple stupid.
This might help the youth in the housing market,with also not killing the incentives and aspirations and innovations of all investors of all generations
