Stop comparing your recruitment journey to everyone else’s. A lot of the offers you see aren’t even committable. For every 5 - 10 offers, 1 might be committable.
So, run your race. Trust the process. Stay the course.

I am truly grateful to my family, my wife Adrienne, my sons Mikale, Major, and Marcus, my daughter Syian, my mother Helen, my sister Nicole, and my coaches, whose constant love, sacrifice, and support have made this opportunity possible.
I am honored to serve as the next Head Football Coach, and I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Grant and Coach Santee for their leadership, trust, and belief in me. Their support has been instrumental, and I do not take this responsibility lightly.
As we move forward, we will build a physical, smart, and fast brand of football grounded in discipline, effort, and accountability. Our program will focus on developing high-character student-athletes who excel academically, compete with pride, and represent our school and community the right way.
I look forward to working together to raise the standard and continue moving this program forward.
