Fiancé was walking our mini dachshund on leash and Indian man with two French bull dogs approached. One of the bulldogs bit our dog and gashed her nose. Incident happened near new Waterline building in Austin. If anyone knows this gentlemen please reach out. I’d like to talk to him.
