Was great to do a mindfulness art session with the @GCUstudents at Caledonian University last thursday. 🎵🖌🖍
Thank you to everyone who came along and took part. It was nice meeting everyone to do art with music, lots of lovely art created throughout the session.

Lovely drawings and paintings were created at the exhibition launch event down at Leverndale Hospital last Thursday as part of the Scottish mental health arts Festival 2024. 🖌🖍🙂

Had a lovely time down at Paisley last Wednesday doing an art session with the staff from @Rcarers
The group created lovely artwork using soft pastels & watercolour paints. They also tried some blind drawing portraits, which was fun.🖍🖌🙂🎨

Our staff had a great time at our team building day, getting into a creative space with the help and much needed guidance from Garry of @mindanddraw. 🎨🖼️ After this we headed over to Weavers, Paisley for a delicious meal. Thanks to Diane and the Board for making this happen! 💝
