As I progress through the Dragon Quest series, I can't help but notice the palpable change of tone and pacing going from pt 6 to pt7. It's unfortunately gotten me started on a sour note. Hoping it can pull me in soon. Even the PS1 graphics don't quite feel right to me.

The PlayStation 5 is a remarkable piece of shit.
Got a brand new Bravia tv. It recognized the PS5. Forced me to move to it's special little input. I did. It said set up complete. And now it just says no input and the console doesn't recognize it's paired controller in safe mode

For anyone curious, I had to disable the auto setup the TV did, update the PS5, update the controller because that's a thing now, then manually put back all the settings the tv tried to set up earlier.
