One of those nights where you stay up just thinking. I miss my students, I miss my coworkers, and I even miss Mrs. Tidd giving me that look of “that’s your warning.”
Just know I miss you all (current & graduates) and I cannot wait to see you again!

Earlier this week, I did some math to try to show how we can use math with our current global pandemic. I have continued to track the number of cases and it is a little scary how accurate my prediction is to the actual number. By tomorrow I predict around 2200-3000 cases

Decided to update my graph daily on the count of cases of the #coronavirus in Ohio
By calculations, my equations yesterday predicted either 800 or 883 cases. Currently, there are 704 cases.
So, the growth rate changed from 1.389 to 1.38. The green line is our new equation

Went a little “math-y” on our current situation with a focus on Ohio. Below is a graph with the confirmed cases starting 3/9 to our current count. If my exponential (prediction) equation is correct, then by Friday Ohio will have over 1500 cases 🤷🏽♀️

GIRLS DISTRICT FINALS GAME!! The game is at Fostoria High school and starts at 4pm on Saturday the 29th. Come out PACK the stands and support the girls!! Theme for the student section and all the fans is a black out!! Spread the word🤩🤩
