If youโ€™ve never dealt with a sociopath in real life before, just keep watching the politics of the left right now. 1) Their emotions are explosive and disproportionate. They calibrate their emotional outbursts to control others. They engage in mass psychological manipulation.

Ok, so I jumped on the dates soaked in espresso trendโ€ฆ and itโ€™s unreal. Make some black coffee. Add dates. Marinate overnight. Have on top of greek yoghurt, honey and a pinch of salt. Unreal luxury breakfast or sweet treat. (I chop my dates in half so the coffee really gets inside. They get jammier if you leave them 1 day )๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ

My husband recently converted part of our shed into a small chicken area, and he's been looking for inexpensive ways to improve it without spending a fortune. A few weeks ago, he built these nesting boxes using old buckets that someone was throwing away. His reasoning was simple: the chickens don't care what the nesting boxes look like as long as they're comfortable and safe. The surprising part is that the hens immediately started using them. From a practical standpoint, it's hard to argue with the results. They're easy to clean, inexpensive to replace, and seem to be working exactly as intended. The problem is that every time someone sees them, the opinions are completely divided. Some people think it's a smart use of materials and a great example of not wasting money. Others think it makes the coop look temporary and unprofessional. My husband believes too many people focus on appearances instead of whether something actually works. I understand his point, but I also think there is value in building something that looks as good as it functions. Now I'm wondering where that balance should be. If a solution is effective, affordable, and the animals seem happy with it, does it really matter what other people think about how it looks? I'd genuinely like to hear some honest opinions because this debate has been going on in our house for weeks.

Thank you, @DNIGabbard, for exposing U.S. funded biolabs around the world. The American people deserve the truth.
Today, Iโ€™m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine. In support of President Trumpโ€˜s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what โ€œresearchโ€ is being conducted. odni.gov/index.php/newsroom/โ€ฆ

Grow food for your local area and market data becomes irrelevant. The most profitable farmers I have helped through my work at USDA NRCS made the most $$ marketing vegetables, beef and chickens locally. Last farmer I worked with grew vegetables and fruits on 10 acres and netted $100K annually. Husband a wife operation. Growing grains for export has not yielded much profit in 30 years unless you farm the government first.

Step one in ensuring that any peace deal has a chance: restrain Israel. Right now, Israelโ€™s ability to conduct consistent strikes into Iran is heavily dependent on U.S. assistance. As Israelโ€™s own defense minister spells out below, Israel has different objectives than we do, and itโ€™s clear they will not be inclined to adhere to a peace agreement. The stated intent runs wholly counter to U.S. objectives, yet Israel cannot sustain wars on multiple fronts without financial and military support from the U.S. Until they are able to do so, their actions will continue to interfere with our strategic goals and drag the U.S. into conflicts that donโ€™t serve us. Make no mistakeโ€”this is a threat to sabotage our deal. But we can remove the leverage: Take away the military support we are providing Israel, immediately, to preserve the potential of ending this foolish war.

It's incredible that these were the campaign promises and there are people who defend this betrayal and call you a "leftist" if you point out the betrayal. The right is now behaving like the left did 10 years ago: purity tests, gaslighting and doubling down on insanity.
Republicans are in charge because we promised: to Make America Healthy Again. to start No New Wars, to put people above corporations, to put America above foreign countries, to release the Epstein files, to not spy on citizens, to eliminate fraud, what the hell happened?!

After my first child was born the pediatrician came in to educate us on vaccines Immediately he brings up heavy metals: "Are you worried about the aluminum in vaccines? Because you should know your baby gets more aluminum from breast milk than they do from a vaccine" I didn't argue, but I did do my research A single vaccine contains between 0.125-0.85mg of aluminum In comparison breast milk contains between 0.01-0.05mg of aluminum per liter (34oz or about 4 cups), and infants drink between 16-32oz of breast milk per day So if we assume the lowest intake of milk and lowest aluminum level in that milk it would take about 25 days to reach the same 0.125mg in some vaccines If we assume the highest content in breast milk and that the baby drinks a full 32oz per day it takes more like 3-17 days to reach the level in a single dose of a vaccine (0.125-0.85) Sounds logical, right? The problem is the pediatrician was completely ignoring an important point, BIOAVAILABILITY Aluminum from breast milk has less than a 1% bioavailability, meanwhile the bioavailability of aluminum in vaccines approaches 100% absorption This means we need to take the number above and multiply it by 100x, it would take a year of 1 liter daily breast milk to even surpass the lowest aluminum content in vaccines, and with the current schedule MULTIPLE are stacked together in the first few days of life This is the kind of thing that frustrates me endlessly, I believe people should weigh risk/benefit and choose what they believe is best for their child, but twisting the facts to give a blatantly false impression ("you're giving your child more aluminum than a vaccine") is pure fear based manipulation There are examples of this being done to women and parents every single day in the medical system
The most evil people are those who abuse womanโ€™s emotional impulses to sell them things for their babies - โ€œYou should vaccinate your child, or else he WILL die.โ€ - โ€œApply this cream, otherwise it will be worse.โ€ Women are easily scared into taking Action/buying if it means โ€˜savingโ€™ their child (or animal)

It is criminal that our government enabled a bat virus to infect and spread between humans. Indeed, it is hard to imagine a bigger betrayal of our species. It is equally troubling that the mad scientists who did this then gaslit all the people of the world about it, including those who CORRECTLY interpreted the evidence. Then, of course, the very same monsters amped up fear of the Covid frankenvirus and steered the panicked public away from safe medicines, and toward an obviously dangerous gene-therapy which they falsely called a vaccine in order to lure us into acceptance. These are among the greatest crimes EVER committed against humanity. We now have persuasive evidence of everything I have said above. If we don't correct the record and hold the perpetrators to account, this pattern will happen again, and again, and again--shortening our life expectancy, and degrading our quality of life each time that it does. This is our Nuremberg moment. We can not simply move on from this ghastly chapter of history. We must finish it. @brownstoneinst

Nothing prepares you for the decline in health of your parents. This time last year I was visiting mine regularly, more often than before as we'd lost my sister the year before. But on the surface, everything was OK (for a couple in their late 80s.) December last year my Dad ended up in hospital and we realised just how much he'd been covering up for my Mum - she couldn't remember enough to be able to look after herself for a day. I had to scramble to get carers and all the agencies involved - for 3 weeks I was on the phone just about all day. Since Christmas they've both been in & out of hospital & we now know Mum may only have months - she has vascular dementia, kidney disease and heart failure. Dad has dementia and heart issues. Every time the phone rings I jump. Today I had a call from the pulmonary embolism consultant who had just seen Mum (they found a clot last time Mum was in hospital). My brother and I both have the LPA for health but they always ring me. The consultant wanted to run the final decision about her medication past me. She's very frail now and at risk of falls. If she stays on the medication, she risks massive internal bleeding if she falls. If she stops the medication, she's at risk of another clot. And the consultant wanted my decision. Mum and Dad don't know the consultants and GP always call me. Usually it's OK. But today it felt like I was signing a death warrant. If your parents are doing OK and you get on with them - make the most of them. It can change so quickly.
