Statins do not offer mortality benefit in those with a good triglyceride to HDL ratio (low trigs, high HDL). This is irrespective of LDL levels.

12 months ago I ruptured my ACL (femoral avulsion). The 42nd person to use Cross ACL bracing protocol (non-operative rehab). Returned to surfing 4.5 months and Australian rules footy <6months. Complete confidence in knee stability. 3 scans show healing at 0-, 3.5- & 12-months

Ground breaking paper (BMJ Open Heart) exposes true findings of the publicly funded Womens Health RCT - following a low fat diet can be harmful. Misleading reporting of findings deceived most as to true findings- authors 'explanations' unscientific and may be ethically dubious.
