Which generative artist would you like to see in a museum? 👀

Each generation grapples with its own unique blend of artistic and social issues, yet all share a fundamental human experience. The label attached to an artist's generation can become a powerful concept, influencing the lives of those who follow. Such is the case with the "Beat Generation" of the 1950s and the emerging "Healing Generation" of today. Our partnership with @BuffettNicole exudes a personal reflection of her own journey of healing through the power of art and promotes vulnerability to both visitors of the exhibition and other artists.

"Off a highway in the Mojave Desert lies a road called 'ZZYZX,' symbolizing a journey of purpose. Using black Sumi ink on paper, I found comfort in the constraints and simplicity, merging the open road and blank paper as symbols of pure possibility. The painting explores the beauty of opposites like light and dark, bringing the viewer into direct awareness. Creating ZZYZX was a meditation on seeing things as they are and embracing duality." - @BuffettNicole

In the past year, we spoke to many artists, whose works we think should be in museums. We felt many of them could have been the next Van Gogh if discovered by the right person. Who should determine which artists and pieces make it into a museum? We created the exhibition “All Wounds Deserve to be Healed” for the love of art and to help artists be true to themselves.

At Monarch, we value the journey of self-discovery through pursuing ones passion. We believe in empowering connections within our curated community and encouraging self realization through collectibles. @BuffettNicole story resonates deeply with us because of her incredible journey of healing through art.

We are excited to announce that Monarch's first solo exhibition with @BuffettNicole, titled "All Wounds Deserve to be Healed," kicks off this weekend! In partnership with the Guardian UI Art Museum in Suzhou, China - the showcase will run from April 20th to August 31st, 2024. This collection by Nicole offers an introspective journey into expressionism, healing, and mental health. This is the Monarch experience. Enjoy the show!
