try things. try methods, try meditation, try to form a pattern. personally, i would start with sats if you are a beginner but you can affirm before bed, visualize before bed or simply using being tired and know you will shift. what do you like? what do you want to do?

always, always try. sleep shifting is perfect for beginners but if you have meditated, you can try awake shifting. here's the post i made about it: x.com/i/status/2063337032970…

crash course on beginner awake shifting if you think about it. very broad and senses based too. at first, try to pick only one sense to try out and rotate to which one you like the most. eventually, you will start using more but don't force it. text in alt 😋🫰🏾

as someone with adhd, your best bet is to fuck around. personally, i like shifting to whenever i feel inspired by and with adhd, awake shifting might be the best simply because of how malleable it is. you are not restrained, you can connect quickly and shift quicker.

it takes practice but if you are someone that likes laying down and fidget, you can use that to awake shift. just lay down, literally start fucking around, in some minutes you will be relaxed and then think of whatever you want about your dr with the intention to shift. you will.

using these because they are both connected. in order to connect, all you need to do is intend to be in your dr. usually, newbies cant easily do this so they use different forms to connect. you can use senses, emotions, perceiving, memory recalling, imagining, etc.

whatever makes you connected to your reality and feels the easiest. when you get better, you can shift to using awareness and "just shifting" which is jargon for being aware of your reality because you have already perfected how to connect to your dr and smoothly transition.

it's fundamentally pointless to push blame on people for the way reality acts, it cultivates shame and unnecessary guilt for no reason. start seeing things as neutral. if you want, fix them. if you don't, it's okay anyway.

you focus on your cr and adapt your shifting schedules to your life. you are shifting to LIVE life, ignoring one for another doesn't make sense. learn what you like, do you like sleeping and knowing you will wake up there or being awake when you go?

you can have both, also remember that your dr self already knows how to live so don't worry about semantics. focus on adapting your cr to your dr and not your dr to your cr. ignoring your cr is ignoring yourself.

yes. this is actually a very normal occurrence once you start shifting. do we choose this life? personally, i think we do, i think you are a being past death and life so if you can shift you can do anything you want. i don't think your circumstances are your fault though.

this is actually because you haven't connected to your dr. you have disconnected from your cr but you haven't connected to anything so you are in a state of "limbo". this can be fixed by connecting and grounding to your dr instead of stopping the method mid way.

the good news about states is if you find yourself in the state of waiting or lack, you can just decide that you have it and that's that. constantly feeling the need to "improve" your manifestation shows lack and doesn't get you your desires. deciding that you have it, does.
