Blade was always one of my favorite Marvel characters and that first "Blade" movie is f'ing awesome! Nobody but Snipes could have played him!
Without Blade, y'all wouldn't have X-Men or any of the Marvel films.

Dave, I had one of those a few year ago and it was great! The only problem is I carry my license loose so I just draw the cowl on with a felt pen :)

F'ing look at that! @ZackSnyder even knew the exact way I wanted Batman to get out of the Batmobile! Again, as I have said multiple times, Zack gave me the DC heroes I wanted the way I wanted them! Awesome!

I don't know about the State Fair story, but if it's real and they are actually touring, we HAVE TO GET THEM FOR THE CAMPOUT FOR HUNGER! Biscuits! Food! It's a prefect fit!

"Costco the Movie." No, it's "Raiders of the Lost Arc."
Can you name the movie? 📼

I did! 70mm Dolby sound - state of the art stuff back then - and it was jaw droppingly amazing and joyous! In the first minute of the movie, my younger brother turned to me and said "this is the greatest movie I've ever seen!"
Did someone here see Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope in theaters when it came out in 1977?

"Jason and the Argonauts" is a masterpiece! If you're jaded by modern technology, remember Ray Harryhausen had to hand animate every creature movement one frame at a time. The shot when Talos looks down at Hercules is f'ing amazing!

I loved the first two seasons of "The Mandalorian" - THE FIRST TWO! (The third was horrific) That said - and I admit this might make no sense to some - learning that Pedro Pascal was not in the suit sort of ruined it for me. (stunt doubles? perfectly fine) Am I crazy?
It is highly irregular for stunt performers to share top billing with the lead actor/actress. How often do you think Pedro was actually on screen during the film?

It destroyed all the magnificence of "Aliens" in the first five minutes. A lot of talented people were involved, but it, by my estimation, was a MASSIVE misstep.
Alien 3 released 34 years ago today. 22 May 1992 👾

Too many movies, but there are a number that stay in the top spots even if they switch ranking now and then :)

Speaking of movies - Are you able to rank your top 10 films of all time?

The actor with the pool cue, the one Dalton eventually rips the throat out of, is named Marshal Teague. Initially he had his reservations about Swayze thinking he would phone the action in. He quickly realized Swayze was the real deal. They became best friends.
ROAD HOUSE was released 37 years ago today. Sam Elliott was brought in late during production, but his laid-back charisma as Wade Garrett became one of the film’s most beloved elements and helped cement its cult status.

Naomi tore it the hell up in "Smile 2!" One of the most committed horror movie performances I have ever seen.
Happy 33rd Birthday to Naomi Scott.

"Evil Dead 2" is fun, but "The Evil Dead" is far superior. "2" is essentially a remake of first, but with a bigger budget and more humor. The original just thundered in ways that either you get or you don't...and that's okay because it's all subjective :)

Feeling a little stupid. The "Wheel of Fortune" puzzle I was sure was "Roast Cock Sandwich" turned out to be "Commemorative Quarter." How the hell did I screw that up so badly?!

When this originally aired, I swear you could hear everyone in houses around and including my house screaming "Holy fuck!" It was so much fun to be in the moment with everyone watching.

Our sweet, sweet Lilly crossed the bridge last night. She was initially a foster who stole my heart the second she pushed her head into me and started purring. She was MY GIRL! Always next to me on the couch or in bed getting hours long belly rubs. Lilly, thank you for being in our lives. Clare and I will love you forever.
