a funny derivative of this is that a calzone, basically a pizza folded in half, is a casserole, not a wrap, even though it's literally wrapped

two other food categories that immediately come to mind are soups and salads, neither of which are wraps in any meaningful capacity. a soup is mostly liquid foodstuff, and a salad is a mixture of foodstuffs that can be at varying degrees of preparedness during mixture.
