Yeah from 2012-2016 especially I learned SO much about this industry, and it got my foot in the door for working in publishing. When people ask me for pub resources now for those starting out, I feel unhelpful bc I can’t recommend Twitter for it anymore

I think a lot of ppl don’t understand how valuable a resource this site was for international writers trying to break into the US/UK publishing industry. That’s why it’s hard to see it crumble; b/c I know others like me won’t get that chance now (& moving elsewhere won't fix it)

I am so pleasantly surprised by FFXVI because it’s painted over with this veneer of gritty darkness but there is a lot of sweetness and fluffiness right beneath that and it’s adorable

Having more than one floor in their house. I have still never lived in a two-story house! Though when filming Pacifier they let my family stay in one and it felt like a castle
what are random things growing up that made you think other households were “rich”? Mine was when people had an ice maker in their fridge and didn’t need to use trays 😭
