Is IV cannula gauge coding different than needle coding?? If so, how confusing.. do manufacturers just pick random colors?? If there is no standardization at all, that’s terrible >Needle< color coding at my hospital: Pink = 18g Yellow = 20g Black = 22g Green = 23g Blue = 25g

Complete ACL tear can rarely heal; in my experience ONLY if there is no displacement of fibers. Caveat, even if it heals you can still have instability. Partial tears often heal; again, no guarantee of stability [injury images on left; follow-up on right two years later]
