This time I tackled something every electronics project eventually needs: proper power control.
That means adding a real power switch, fuse protection, and a dedicated power supply to help keep everything running safely and reliably.
Not quite as flashy as blinking lights or patriotic music, but definitely one of those upgrades that makes the project feel a lot more “real.” 😄
One step closer to the vision I have for this build. More updates coming soon!

🇺🇸 Project Liberty Light — Part 2 is now live! ⚡
The Living Flag Project continues as we begin adding INTERACTIVITY to the build 🔥
In this part of the series, we:
🔘 Add pushbutton controls
🇺🇸 Create multiple display modes
💡 Cycle through colors and flag modes
🧠 Expand the Arduino control system
⚡ Continue building the foundation for future upgrades
What started as a simple LED flag is slowly evolving into something much bigger — and we’re just getting started.
Future parts will introduce:
🔊 Audio integration
🎆 Effects and animations
⚙️ Power control improvements
🇺🇸 Additional patriotic display modes
If you enjoy electronics, Arduino projects, embedded systems, or maker builds, follow along as Project Liberty Light continues to grow!

It’s just blinking LEDs… but there’s a lot happening in this little circuit.
What makes LEDs blink like this?
The answer is simpler than you think.

🚧 New project underway at @motbots
Building an AI assistant designed for the shop — for tinkerers, makers, and problem-solvers.
Powered by the @nvidia Jetson Orin Nano, this project is just getting started… and it’s going to be epic.
Stay tuned.
