As and After Effects editor, I was tired of having to use CapCut just to create captions.
I know a lot of you After Effects guys have the same problem. Some of you use CapCut, some generate captions in Premiere and then dynamic link, some use other, more obscure tools.
All of that not only wastes extra time but makes the workflow annoying: instead of 1 software you now need to use 2.
So we are all united but this one pain: we'd like to be able to create ACCURATE, PRECISE captions in After Effects.
I created SubFlow to tackle this exact problem.
It's easy: just get Subflow, press one button and captions are done.
They are better than both CapCut and Premiere – more precise in terms of transcription, phrase formation and timing.
I'm planning to gradually make it better and I hope it becomes an industry standard for After Effects editors.
