It never fails to amaze me what is possible when you uplift teachers’ voices & support them to learn, teach, and lead in new ways. Fortunate to be in community with these @m3t_wv Fellows & the many more educators who participate in this important network across West Virginia.
This week, M3T (Mountaineer Mathematics Master Teachers) held its 5th-annual Summer Institute and welcomed 41 Fellows (middle and high school math teachers) from 30 counties across the state for four days of sharing, learning, and leading in math education.

I am always amazed at what is possible & what can be learned when teachers can share their experiences & expertise. With all of the moving parts of this growing @m3t_wv project & statewide network, uplifting teacher voice is at the heart of it all.
Always a pleasure to share our work at the @NoyceProgram Summit #Noyce2023. This morning, Annie Vopal (@anners_v), Jo Frost (@wvmountainmath), and Dr. Matthew Campbell (@mp_campbell) shared how we use practical measurement and data across our teacher-led improvement network.
