As a swimmer and a long-time advocate for safer bathing water, I want to see real-time water testing. 🙌Well at last, we’re going to see some progress on this. @dlrcc have been successful in securing €1.2 million to research and develop a better approach to monitoring bathing water. I met with Ronan from the council and Boris from @smartdublin to get an update on this and was so glad to hear that we’ll soon be seeing improved detection at our favourite swimming spots like Seapoint, Forty Foot and Vico. Real-time updates are coming our way!
