LGBTQ folks mobilized & demanded help
We didn’t sit around waiting for the government to get its shit together. We organized vaxx events at our *bars*, we told our friends, many abstained from sex while waiting to get vaxxed

Fun fact: when you're listed as the informant on somebody's death certificate, sketchy "realtors" call you for months asking to sell your dead loved one's non-existent real estate.
