If you are really into #DesignSystems you shouldn't be bothered about the latest shocking news. True design systems are meant to be platform and tooling agnostic.

Worst case scenario: #XD and Figma are merged and all the freaking good work done by plugin makers that help us every day will go to waste - and a massive price will be put on personal licenses.
