This puts into words something I've been feeling a while now. It's most obvious when you ask it to teach you something. It has no ability to structure concepts in a coherent and orders way. The system has only ever known the entity of human knowledge. Not the steps to learn it.
More than ever before I feel like Fable 5 speaks a different kind of English than we humans do. It isn't conversational, its not 'light' to read, it barely explains — it's pure load-bearing density, meaning compacted until every token earns its place. It assumes your context window is as large as its own and you have perfect recall of everything you're working on. Similar to how AI-chess feels alien, this too, feels almost akin to an alien language. I mean, just read this stuff, nobody talks like this, only advanced AI does:

“All optimisation is a trade-off” - Stolen from a Reddit comment but it’s surprisingly insightful. I’d never quite thought of it in those simple terms.

Remember, when you come across someone who “does it all”. Remember that they rarely do it all well.

lots strawman fallacy arguments nitpicking over edge cases in citation systems. Here’s the key phrase “if a submission contains incontrovertible evidence that the authors did not check the results of LLM generation, this means we can’t trust anything in the paper.” It’s clear.

Hey @Apple team. When my payment fails, it’s because the account is out of money, not because there’s something fundamentally wrong with the account. Your UI assumes the only fix is to replace the account entirely rather just try again. Can you fix it?

Great work @exablaze team!
Exablaze announces X25 and X100 FPGA based NICs, with trigger-to-response latencies as low as 568ns. Read more about it: buff.ly/2u39TWz
Amazing work Exablaze team! 44ns maximum actionable latency is a serious achievement! Go team!
Exablaze has slashed tick-to-trade latency with the new Firmware Development Kit Expansion Pack (FDK-XP). FDK-XP brings ultra-low latency TCP and an enhanced PCS/MAC, breaking every record in the STAC-T0 tick-to-trade benchmark. Read all about it here buff.ly/2p89Bv3

Very disappointed with the planning and preparation of @JetstarAirways. Fog at Sydney airport this morning at 5am made it clear that disruption would be widespread. @JetstarAirways filed to react until 11am.
