Every day for a year I interviewed all the voices of the NFT space. Recording a library of stories by artists, collectors, curators, and writers of the digital art world. We are breaking out of this echo chamber and into the mainstream. We are contemporary art. We are community!

It may take a while for this to fully settle in but in my opinion (and I don’t say this lightly) @lphaCentauriKid together with @richerd may have opened a serious path toward Ethereum-native media permanence. Let me explain it as simply as I can. There are different ways to store data on Ethereum. The first is contract storage - the most expensive layer. It is like the front room of an archive: the object is right there, instantly accessible and ready to use. The second is logs - which is what ACK explored. Logs were not really meant for storing media but they may be surprisingly well-suited for media files that do not need to be accessed every day. Think of an IRL archive. Not every object is kept at the front desk. Some works are stored deeper in the archive. You may need to request them and wait for retrieval but they are still preserved, catalogued and available to anyone who knows where to ask. That is the idea: logs are not Ethereum’s front room - they may be its deep archive. And as a collector - that is perfectly fine with me. Yes - this will create additional infrastructural burden for Ethereum. And yes - it will most likely trigger criticism and serious debate. But Ethereum was intended to be a world computer and that comes with both excitement and cost: constant development, pressure and adjustment. That is also the beauty of the system. Ethereum is willing to absorb new edge cases and evolve around them. Bitcoin by design and culture largely chose not to go in that direction - and I understand that choice too. Thanks to "Original Sin" - NFT media permanence may eventually become a real standard. A new market standard could emerge for media storage that remains deeply connected to the Ethereum ecosystem - archive-like, verifiable and durable as part of Ethereum’s historical record. That is the most important thing here and it is a catalyst I’m personally very excited about. P.S. The elegance and innovation of how the artwork is reconstructed directly in the browser from Ethereum itself is genius. Kudos to @lphaCentauriKid and @richerd for this.

Absolutely delighted to finally reveal my piece of the puzzle in the Please Respond project, titled “Show Me Where It Hurts.” As the chain slowly unravels and reaches its ending tomorrow, here are a few breadcrumbs to navigate through my map. 🧵

So happy to finally share my contribution to Please Respond! Proud to present my piece called Road Trip In The Repository, a very special piece that continues the discussion established by the previous six artists and shows the chaotic, playful, and adventurous sides of me 1/9

Congratulations! @mpkoz is indeed a great talent and a genius. I can’t wait to see what he creates next. My wife and I might have to get one just in case it catches on…👀🔥
Today I received “Atlas” by @mpkoz. I rushed to open the box and carefully leaned it against the wall. At that exact moment, a massive cloud drifted away and sunlight poured into our home, just enough to reveal the full majesty of the piece. It genuinely felt like the artwork took a moment to flirt with me before completely stealing my heart. I ended up sitting on the floor, totally lost in it, for a good 15–20 minutes. If you thought these were incredible during Art Basel, wait until you experience one in direct sunlight. Photos truly don’t do them justice. Hands down my favorite physical artwork of 2025. 💚

Metropolis #59 & #158 // @mpkoz Metropolis works best when you read it as a logistics engine, not a static edition. The city trait doesn’t just style the image, it dictates where the work can be completed, splitting authorship across code, travel, and timing. The diptych claim is the sharp part. Bright Moments turns redemption into a hard constraint, so the secondary work behaves less like a perk and more like a location-bound settlement of the first.
