New update from BAS. Sadly HPAI now detected in wandering albatross - the largest albatross species in the world.

Unfortunately, #avianinfluenza has been found in wandering albatross on South Georgia.
We're working closely with @GovSGSSI.
HPAI H5N1 has so far been confirmed in elephant and fur seals, brown skuas, kelp gulls and Antarctic terns.
