Imagine if a city became a landfill site...
Birmingham has over 1,000,000 people living in it.
But when large numbers of bin collectors went on strike waste started to pile up in the streets.
But the reasons for the strike are so much deeper than you think.

As mayor of London I will ban all external (political and non political) motivated protests that do not have a direct impact on our country, our people or capital. I repeat… Any motivated protests with an external narrative will be banned with immediate effect!
‘Only’ Internally motivated protests that have a direct impact on our people and on our lands will be allowed…
Things like tax rises. Corp tax went up 5% over night (from 20-25%) and no one battered an eye lid. Inheritance tax, any form of taxation in general, Ulez, hotels & funding for illegals, budget cuts, transport, the list goes on! Real issues and concerns from within our great nation will be welcomed and encouraged in a peaceful manner! #KhanOut #AntMiddletonIn 🫡🇬🇧

What if we invented a university where you get to live with other students but the courses are more like apprentiships..
You work in the real world.
There is some course work too maybe.
But most of its practical.
And by the end the company can hire you. If you do a good job

It's seems populism is popular in times or economic problem.
But when things start to go well people realise that they don't need populism.
But populist leaders when elected tend to do a bad job.
They also have a tendency to fight against democracy.

Interesting section of a book I'm reading.
