This “jurisdictional battle with Delaware” point is VERY interesting to me.
It sounds like Sam agreed to the Chapter 11 (prob when stressed) and is now regretting his decision.
So he’s gonna challenge the Chapter 11 in Bahamas.
It’s gonna be a wild ride.
