Futures open lower, similar to last Monday. Prices pull back on Monday and Tuesday, giving bears their "I told you so" moment. Price then finds a higher low and rallies to all-time highs as sidelined money floods in. Don't laugh at me for using @GoDaddy, but wow, they use questionable business practices. They send emails in Spanish, bill for a service called ‘wild card’ SSL for websites that I do not own, and act like somehow it's my fault?
