UPDATE 2: Useless response from eBay Twitter. Refused to assist any further simply because I've disputed the transaction with Paypal. It was eBay who asked me to file with Paypal to begin with. @AskeBay Paypal is now asking me to return the item at my own cost to eBay UK office.
