@ms_emfudge went to Ireland in June. Her favorite part was watching sheepdogs herd sheep down the mountains. She also visited her parents in Maine, almost got eaten by a shark…jk. The next stops for her travel filled summer are the Poconos, NYC, and the Hamptons. #HB

We wrote summaries for our civil rights movement article and did an analysis of the usage of words in them across the class. “Rights” and “people” took the lead in all classes! Students also learned more vocabulary words in a rotating review. #courageous

Busy times in Room 204! Students paired and shared summaries, prepared evidence for our first debate, and built marshmallow towers. The fun continued outside with my 6th grade field hockey girls. All this in ONE week!! 😅 We are #courageous to work hard. 💪
