10% rye sourdough loaves. Probably a bit underproofed because the bread room was cold cold yesterday but they don’t look too bad and smell wonderful.
It almost feels like the first time I baked… it’s been such a big thing for me. But a little new beginning ✨

Rather than the government mandating digital ID on all of us, we should be mandating digital ID on the government to monitor exactly where they spend our tax money and the meetings they have with corporate lobbyists. We don’t serve them. They serve us.

My horror was someone who owned a Great Dane and asked my trainer if they could kennel outside .
I wanted to weep . Dane's are house dog's , every dog should be in the home
