Day 2 of summer break: the Summer Reading List is well underway and by that I mean I started #Yellowface by @kuangrf *this morning* and have moved zero inches from the couch since then because I could not put it down 💛 what a story.

This morning the students in 8-1 captured their observations using photographs & diagrams in preparation for building their watershed models next week!

The last two #FirstChapterFridays we’ve BEYOND enjoyed stories from two phenomenal authors: #Legendborn by @tracydeonn & #WeAreNotFromHere by @jetchez.
All I can say about both is WHEW; these ones IMMEDIATELY flew off our bookshelf 💜💙❤️
