1st day @IHGhotels Holiday Inn aruba revealed that other than 1 individual- the front desk staff is rude & not willing to help. Was planning to come back with large family celebration in fall - we will be staying elsewhere. Platinum elite ambassador for over 10yrs @IHGOneRewards

Asked for linens for kids pull out over 2 hours ago as well and despite multiple follow ups - kids are still waiting for their bedding. Front desk personnel cant be bothered to engage in customer service used 3rd party booking -loyalty program ignored @IHGOneRewards
