And the wind has filled in nicely for race 4, after a nice break for lunch. They're all back on the race course and having a great time. They sure sound like they're having fun!

Great day yesterday Lifeboat vs Yacht Club Yacht Club retain the coveted trophy for a 2nd year running. Thanks to all those who took part and organised the event. Result Yacht Club 137/10 Lifeboat 127/5

It was a bit different to normal, but training has now started at the club! Great to see so many old faces, and welcome a bunch of new ones too. Looking forwards to a productive year getting more people hooked on sport!

Another good morning on the water. Light winds, so we went cruising around the bay with the rowers. Thanks to all the helpers.

Thanks to all of the volunteers on #InternationalVolunteersDay. It takes a load of us: officers, exec, water side, land side, race officers, safety boat drivers, instructors, helpers, organisers, trolley dollies, registration folk, results wizards, sandwich makers ... THANKS!

We are delighted to be the only club in Wales to be loaned a full and radial Arc rigs for the laser by LaserPerformance. If you want to give them a try, see Richard. Our aim is to have them both on the water every race
