if y’all could start being normal about her, you’ll see that she had and still does take criticism when it’s in good faith. showgirl is literally a product of the ttpd criticism: a shorter album with bangers.
There's a review out there of someone wishing neuro degenerative disease on her children and hoping she's gonna be victim of domestic abuse cause she said she liked the word "mahogany"
If you look at the criticism from TTPD, Showgirl was definitely a response to that.
She changed producers, cut down on the number of tracks, and stopped taking herself so seriously which was what the many critics of TTPD wanted her to do.
