My son, born to a Punjabi family in Bangalore, was 9 when he was asked, “Are you a North or South Indian”. He replied, “I think I’m a NOUTH Indian!” Kids defy labels we try to give them. He turns 20 today. Hope he keeps defying labels.

We are now serving 30,000 meals a day and trying to ramp up to 100,000 meals a day because the demand is high, particularly with the full lock down which impacts the poor the hardest.

Note: while proning will be more useful when Oxygen saturation drops below 94%, it’s okay to do even with normal levels. Helps optimize lung function, equip lungs to better handle emergencies. Not to be done after meals.
