You don’t need to go to the gym every day to lose weight. Not even six times a week. Not even five times a week. Not even four times a week. If you focus on your nutrition, sleep, water intake and reduction/elimination of stress, you won’t even notice yourself in 6 months!

Imagine thinking you need three meals a day when you barely move your body. Not because we’ve been programmed like that, means we have to. Back in the day, our ancestors were out working hard - moving their bodies. You won’t lose your desired weight.

Solution? Stay hydrated. High protein fibre. Eat when hungry and not until stuffed. Avoid processed/calorie dense foods (easy to intake more calories). Snack less. Move your body for 15 minutes after each meal. Workout 3 x a week. Sleep well. Reduce stress. Keys to fat loss🙌🏽
