@GodrejProp Alert: Scam by @GodrejProp. GPG is delayed beyond 2 yrs extention by RERA. Instead of paying interest to Purchasers for the delay, @GodrejProp attempting to scam the purchasers. Sent PIL on 25 May 26 wd a condition that possession has to be taken within a month.

If possession not taken in one month of issue of PIL @GodrejProp will charge Handling Charges @110 per Sq mtr per month. For taking possession Purchasers have to first clear all dues, invoice for which has to be generated by GPG. 3 weeks have gone past but final invoice

Has not been issued by @GodrejProp. So after another week they will start charging handling charges instead of paying interest for their delayed project. Strange how these scams can go on under the very nose of MahaRera, MahaGov. All hand in glove?

@SwiggyCares it is sad tht instead of being of assistance to the customer u to tend to lie nd fool the customer. It is more than an hr for an order which was to be delivered within 35 mins. Delivery agent is waiting to pick up another order which he says will take long time. 1/2

Best part is that your delivery partner informs me at 21.57 pm that other order he has to pick will take another 30 mins. He is calling the Swiggy but they are cutting his phone. How professional Swiggy!

@amazonIN Delivery agent makes no attempt to deliver the item. But one gets message that ‘delivery attempted’. There is no way to lodge a complaint. What kind of fraud is this?

Amazon is getting worse day by day. Today you sent me an alert that my package is out for delivery (this is for the third time). I called the delivery agent and he says his beat is of different area and he does not have my package. Just shows how professional Amazon is! Pathetic

@GodrejProp Like any other small time unscrupulous builder, u continue to delay giving possession of Park Green after collecting 90% of d money. That was 2 yrs ago. Maha Govt & Maha RERA will blindly keep giving u extensions as they must be under some obligation of @GodrejProp.

@JioCare It appears ‘Jio Care’ does not really care. Had asked for home delivery of a new sim. For last three days, am being given false promises. Admit that you can’t deliver a sim and all this home delivery service is a gimmick, it will save you from lying everyday.

@SwiggyInstamart There is no option on app 2 select ‘No Contact Delivery’. Don’t understand why last 7 to 8 deliveries are being left outside my door. Also no option on d app to cancel ‘No Contact Delivery’. Delivery boys are clueless about this nd they suggest 2 delete d app

This then is their "Idea of INDIA". A motley crowd of disparate self-seekers, blinded by ambition, united only in hatred for @PMOIndia @narendramodi & a sense of hereditary entitlement & corruption that this man is unwanted impediment to! One among this crowd of 38 aspires to be our PM. The danger is real. Problem is there are one too many & none of them himself knows who will pull the lucky draw?
For starters half of this bus full of opportunists are those who have discarded Cong & rejected its dynastic ownership & politics from time to time. Yet when it comes to allying against Modi - "United We Stand" comes up! Kejriwal who termed Cong as evil & mother of corruption fights it in Delhi, Gujarat & Punjab. But will gladly support it against Modi everywhere else? Omar Abdullah who said Mehbooba Mufti gets militants killed in the day but wails over their dead bodies by nightfall & partners them to engineer unrest is game for Modi hate too. Rajiv Gandhi said "The Rubaiya kidnap was a farce enacted to subvert Constitutional order in J&K" but his son eulogizes J&K dynasts. Ones who threw Hindus out. Farooq Abdullah who said "PoK kissi ke baap ka nahi hai & will remain in Pakistan" like Mufti is Cong protégé.
Each one of them will abuse everyone else between them. But together they will oppose Modi. Bengal Cong & CPI/CPI(M) are in court against electoral tyranny, anarchy & lawlessness of Mamata's TMC Govt & fight each other in Bengal but want to join all else to abuse & oppose Modi. Akhikesh Yadav refuses to have tea in RaGa's Mohabbat Ki Dukaan & rejects any alliance in assembly polls but is happy to join the bandwagon if it helps dislodge Modi? Sharad Pawar who dismissed RaGa's allegations against Modi in the Adani episode has no qualms in throwing in his hat in this jamboree Tambola at the ripe age of 82 if it can give him a go at being PM. Nitish Kumar after all his somersaults of past 20 yrs has no one left to ally with anymore. Probably this freeloaders gravy train is his last hope at redemption & reinvention that comes with a bonus wait listed ticket to be PM too.
Finally don't forget the Thackerays & Stalins are co-passegers on the eternal dynasty train. Supporting likes of RaGa, Muftis, Abdullahs, Sorens, Pawars, Yadavs et all gives them insurance to perpetuate family rule assured in the knowledge that none from among this huge herd of pots will ever call out one from the kettles clan!
This is the India that this self-styled I.N.D.I.A stands United to unleash & parade. India that is Bharat, deserves much better, poised as it is to lead the World, in a century that transboundary opinions rightly say belongs to it. Issued in national interest. Watch this space.
