One of the biggest lessons I've repeatedly learned after being fully immersed in AI over the last 6 weeks; AI agents have IQ BUT context engineers ensure EQ. Better build both or bots will context explode in your face.

We used AI to turn a 3-hour task into a 2-minute one and it only took about 30 minutes to create the reusable routine. Seemingly impossible moves just 6 months ago are reality today; making our team stronger, our projects/features better, and our pace feel honestly unfair.

Our team has developed a unique and effective internal comms system. The kind only made possible through years of accountability and trust. Unless you’ve built something real, it’s hard to explain or appreciate why this is the X factor and why Sugartown WILL become one of the most prolific game platforms in history. Opening top of funnel through strategic partnerships is an important part of our growth strategy. Every project has their strengths. Ours is making fun, familiar games that sustain. As we approach the launch of RNPC, we are specifically focussed on onboarding users through partners that align with our roadmap. Initially we’re opening the funnel to ERC-20 communities, established projects, and utilizing Base allows us to target real users at scale. This isn’t a play to get millions of users at first, rather familiarize the already existing ecosystem with gaming and optimize our systems - before we scale up. Token pool rewards while delivering pvp gaming mechanics that entertain and endure is the way.

The features we’ll bolt on during live-ops will surprise and delight, boosting depth through replay. Events will encourage onboarding, UGC, and competition. After 25 years in gaming and marketing, I’ve learned to trust my vision and gauge the vision of those around me. While we always operate with the best intentions, sometimes unforeseen things happen. I’m extremely excited to share the news, but we have hit a delay that is outside of our team’s control. I know, I know. What I can share is that our entire team has been working tirelessly to create the best possible future for Sugartown, and major news awaits. I’ve always said that what we do is nothing without our community and I mean it - so ride with us just a little longer… if you have the nutz!

True ownership = player empowerment. Empowerment is about value, rights and expression. I believe a big part of the future of gaming is asset ownership and the control that goes with it for players.  The fun part for me is actually building the products and systems that support this vision, from the makers to the players with love.  Appealing products with durable value wrapped in sustainable models is how this happens. I’m so bullish about where I see innovations in the game sector going and I can’t wait to be chatting here with you all a lot more as I start coming up for air a bit more now… lots of EXCITING progress going on!

There is plenty of room for all quality projects/builders in web3 and honestly, we need each other! For example, I love the promise of @NeillBlomkamp upcoming Off The Grid shooter for web3. In fact I was following and loving the IP when Neill first put out the shorts. Anyone that knows me knows I’m a sucker for a buttery shooter. Tie in Neill’s insane cinematic talent and OTG on chain assets and it all lines up well. Hope they nail the gameplay and it’s a massive success 👊
