I am so disappointed by @roversupport. I provided lifesaving emergency veterinary care to a hospice client last week, and due to lack of communication by the Rover team, I was not paid for my time. I actually lost money having to pay backup sitters to take my regular clients.

I would do this all over again for my clients. The owner even asked how to compensate me, and (due to Rover rules) said everything should go through the app, leading to me not being compensated at all.
