Real progress comes from consistently challenging your body in different ways as it adapts.
You can push yourself by:
• Getting stronger with more weight
• Squeezing out extra reps
• Adding more sets
• Cutting down rest time
Protein is important, but are you eating a balanced diet?
Entirely cutting out a class of food is never the solution to trying to eat healthy.
So, yes eat your protein, but make sure you’re eating your carbs, fiber, vitamins, minerals, fat and drinking enough water 💚
