The balance sheet is being prepared by a CA with documents which was not shared with members. Payments are being done without any information to the society members... Complete Corruption.... The management committee has members who are not the main owners..... #kdmc #corruption

Our Housing society signed a MOU for Redevelopment with a builder in March 2025, But even after 10 months there has been no Development in work. No Co-operation from Builder Members not interested No Paperwork . This seems to be a Life Time Project. . #kdmc #redevelopment

The rent and other conditions which were agreed during the signing of MOU will have to be revised. The builder doesn't answer any call nor does he reply to any message. Can the builder do this ??? We are totally stuck. Besides this the society is not following any rules #kdmc
