Brands doing well in 2026 have one thing in common. And by well, i mean 8 figures per year. RETENTION! If you don't have it, shut up shop, and start another brand as you're simply wasting your time. One-off purchase products or crappy quality brands in general will have a sub 5% retention rate. You are simply wasting your time.
