I don't disagree that there are questions about scaling Iraola to a side with more possession, but I don't think that *creating* against low blocks is actually one of them. Here are some of the underlyings in the games with 55% possession:

The real metric nobody is talking about: Bournemouth won just 1 of 13 games last season when holding 55% possession. Transition-heavy systems struggle when forced to break down a low block. Iraola is elite, but hell need a completely new in-possession structure.
