Ordered Chinese carry out tonight, and of course we got fortune cookies. Mine: "Knowledge is power" with some lucky numbers. Ok, yeah, but flip side of fortune was an ad for Purdue University...with a QR code! My wife got the same ad. So we're both registering for Fall Semester.

After 30 years, can't Windows provide better screen savers than Bubbles, Mystify, Ribbons, Photos (ugh). I know it doesn't matter anymore, just better to shut the monitor down but I miss the days when I'd add Flying Toasters or Pipes. For fun. MS should tap into that nostalgia.
