So..... let's get this straight, if you are a retired police officer (of whatever rank or status) and an inquiry finds you to be culpable or complicit in the deaths 97 people, you're exempt any sort of prosecution or punishment because you are now retired??
However, if you are an ex British Soldier, you will be dragged through the courts for carrying out your duties, regardless of age, because someone shouts louder than our government can stand up to.
The very youngest of the 'Bloody Sunday' enquiry must be 71 now, ffs.
And the government wonders why Forces recruitment has gone down....
Take a look numbnuts, you ask for the job to be done, then persecute!!!
You can only ask once and expect loyalty.

Never have I felt such contempt for my government, as I do today. Contempt that was not so easily pushed aside. Only pride in my brothers and sisters from our military family and the grief of the occasion, could I manage my ire.
I feel truly guilty for tainting...
