Introducing Crossbow Block 2, our next generation ground control station (GCS) for the Archer FPV platform. It’s the direct result of operator feedback from the field – every decision informed by the people depending on Archer in contested environments.
The result is a system with significantly improved performance, and half the size.
→ Maintains our 25 km range with a 50% reduction in total system size — the complete GCS (radio and pilot box) is now wearable on a plate carrier, offering unmatched operator mobility. A displaced radio configuration remains available when the mission calls for it.
→ More than 2x the beam width and dual receivers for redundancy so operators can focus on their target rather than antenna orientation. Redesigned antennas with reduced profile and reinforced joints for extra durability.
→ Push-pull harness connections across goggles, handset, and radio, enabling fast, reliable installation in low-light and high-stress scenarios.
→ Improved analog-to-digital conversion with low latency, high resolution USB video for ATAK and other C2 integrations.
→ Weather-resistant and ruggedized enclosures across both the radio and pilot box.
We’re proud to share that Crossbow Block 2 is delivering to customers today, and will be fielded in the upcoming Gauntlet 2 of Drone Dominance.
