just wanna say “thank you” to all my clients and to people who supported and helped me get through my darkest days. never once in my life have i been this drained, pressured to take on family responsibilities alone, stressed financially and depressed — this year was the worst year of my life. that’s what i thought. thanks to everyone’s help and kind words, i was able to survived and live more. i really hope that half of this year will be good to me

i’m kinda productive yesterday — went to the hospital for another monthly check-up, went to a dentist for braces adjustment, bought another half of my maintenance medications, bought groceries, sent a lineart update to one of my client and colored few emotes for another client

taking a break today until tomorrow because i was feeling exhausted from work these past few days qwq i will continue on thursday!

PLEASE support your artists with their activities. ask if you could buy from them online, share their works, commission them if possible my heart goes out to every artist who spent time, money, and energy to table at an event only to be met with a surprise cancellation 🫂

Honestly the level of anger and upset in the Filipino art community today is very justified.

I would encourage the artists affected by the fall out of Patron Of The Arts to post their intended stocks and catalogues so we can maybe make a list and help promote each other. Perhaps there’s still a way to sell online or boost visibility for the Filipino artist community.

"Why are you pricing your commissions so low, know your worth!" because unless I put it on discount or lower the price, I won't be getting commissions. I hope people will understand that a lot of small artists experience this. Worse, not having comms for a month.
